Hi, I’m Wael Mashini.

I’m an architect and design strategist with over a decade of experience leading complex hospitality and mixed-use projects across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

My background spans architecture, interior architecture, and project leadership - but my work increasingly sits at the intersection of spatial design, operations, and business performance.

I lead projects from early concept through construction, structuring teams, aligning stakeholders, coordinating consultants, and maintaining financial oversight. I understand both the creative process and the operational realities that determine whether a project succeeds long after opening day.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Workshop/APD, Rockwell Group, and Studio Libeskind in New York, contributing to award-winning hospitality and cultural projects. Those experiences shaped my approach: conceptually rigorous, materially grounded, and execution-driven.

Today, I often operate as a Project Director and Design Lead within design studios - supporting teams across:
